Summary of Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing valuable insights into the design, development, and implementation of high-precision injection molds.

Responsibilities:

       Assist in the design, testing, and analysis of manufacturing processes and equipment.

       Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process sheets and work instructions.

       Conduct research to identify new manufacturing technologies and methods.

       Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

       Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

       Help in the design and execution of experiments to optimize manufacturing processes.

       Assist with the implementation of quality control processes and procedures.

       Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.

       Provide support in various projects as needed, including drafting reports and presenting findings.

Qualifications:

       Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

       Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.

       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

       Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

       Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.

       Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

The pay range for this role is $33,280 - $66,560. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
