Job Description

Our AI start-up client is looking for a technical source. This role is fully remote, and is a six-month contract, that could get extended or turn into full-tome.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI start-up client
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest
• Stay informed about the latest AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential candidates
• Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced start-up environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Previous experience working for a start-up
• Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
• Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills in the AI industry
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with AI technologies and trends is a plus
