About the Role

At the heart of our operations lies IT, driving our company's growth and success as a global software leader. Our main goal is to ensure the best user experience, achieved through a cloud-based approach that covers our diverse workforce of over 1000 individuals, spread across offices and remote locations worldwide.

In this senior role, you will play a key role in steering, shaping, establishing, maintaining, and consistently enhancing the current and future IT landscape. This includes building internal capabilities, enhancing our user experience, transforming our developer experience, and contributing to our development landscapes.

Location

In this capacity, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any part of Romania, coupled with a willingness to occasionally travel to our headquarters in Germany for in-person teaming.

Requirements

• Practical experience in implementing and operating the Microsoft 365 Suite & Cisco Cloud Managed Networks (Cisco Meraki).
• Knowledge of modern EMM tools, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, and their integrations with third-party tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services Hyperscalers. Other hyperscalers (e.g. GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with IaC (terraform) and a DevOps approach in Cloud Management and operations is a significant advantage.
• Experience with the implementation of the Microsoft Security Stack is a plus.
• Understanding and practical experience in building new and improving existing processes. ITIL certification is a plus.
• Practical experience with modern SaaS solutions in software development (e.g. Confluence, Jira, GitHub, JFrog, …) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English at a business level. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
