The Opportunity:
As Astellas embarks on an exciting global transformation journey, this is an opportunity to join a team of Transformation Specialists working on the most strategic initiatives across the company.
In this role, you will work as part of a team within one or more strategic initiatives in a CxO Function or enterprise wide. Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of critical transformation capabilities for the successful execution of Astellas’ transformation agenda. Coaches more junior members of the team as applicableThe position is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Activities for this role:

• Work with Transformation Managing Principals, Principals and Lead Consultants on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function (or enterprise-wide as needed) as part of a the initiative team.
• Contribution to achieve CSP Performance Goals by being part of teams working on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function that delivers part of the annual operational cost saving, being committed to deliver our CSP goals.
• Could lead small workstreams of strategic initiatives depending on experience, manage all resources involved (people and non-payroll budget).
• Support in the identification and building of coalition of key stakeholders and sponsors to help deliver such strategic initiatives.
