Welcoming you to the team
Located globally, the Project Management group consists of 50 experienced and diverse project managers. Our team is responsible for running 25+ projects for Interconnectors, Offshore Wind, Power From Shore and Inspection, Maintenance and Repair. For this position, the workplace is in Nantes or Paris and you will be reporting to the Portfolio Director responsible for your project.
Getting a flying start
As a Senior Project Manager you will be the operational head of a defined project, organized in the Projects section and acting as responsible for one or more projects. In this position, effective project prioritization and resource management are essential skills. Your goal is to maximize your team's potential and ensure that clients are not only satisfied but delighted with the outcomes of their projects.
How you make an impact
You will lead the overall management of the assigned project(s), including – but not limited to – the following:
- Ensure that project(s) are executed in line with the mandate given - according to Contract requirements and Clients as well as internal expectations (QHSER, sales, cost, margin, cash, time, phasing).
- Provide input upon request to allocated tenders for aspects relating to Project Management.
- Effective use of the Project Model and internal procedures, including profitability requirements.
- Manage a geographically spread project team.
- Report status including deviations to the Project Director and the Steering Committee leader on a monthly basis – including but not limited to – planning and progress, the technical issues, procurement/subcontracts, construction, finance, invoicing, QA, HSE, Risk, legal conditions and personnel conditions
- Ensure adequate use of tools, processes and procedures for project execution.
- Ensure effective use of the resources within the team and in cooperation with the departments, disciplines and internal units to meet internal and external requirements/obligations.
Your starting point
- University degree MSc, BSc or equivalent competence.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry or operational EPCI experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager, proven project management and team leader skills and experience.
- Strong economical, anticipate and offset financial risks.
- Excellent commercial abilities, anticipate and offset legal risks
- As we work with complex projects and demanding Clients it is important to understand Contracts and financial risks and opportunities.
- Ability to reduce friction and/or lead improvement plans related to any internal coordination and/or collaboration deficiencies (teams, sites, functions).

- Fluent in English, – oral and written.
