We’re building the next generation of AI-powered tools in the work management space, and in this role, you will be instrumental in turning ambiguity into tangible, user-centric solutions. This is a 0–1 opportunity to define what’s next, from initial discovery through to final delivery.<br/><br/>You will be embedded in our AI product team, collaborating in a trio with Product and Engineering, and working closely with a dedicated UX Researcher to generate key insights. You have a strong background in product design with a proven track record of creating a significant impact across multiple products, ideally within B2B SaaS or productivity tools.</li><li><strong>0–1 Product Expertise</strong>. You have demonstrated success in shaping early-stage products, expertly navigating ambiguity to define structured, testable, and scalable product concepts.</li><li><strong>Craft Excellence</strong>. You possess exceptional UI skills, a refined visual design sensibility, and an attention to detail, translating insights into intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces.</li><li><strong>AI-Fluent</strong>. You have hands-on experience in AI-native product development and are comfortable using AI prototyping tools like V0 to bring ideas to life.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Owner</strong>. You own the entire design process from problem framing to final UI. You partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a tight trio, using a strong discovery and prototyping practice to test hypotheses rapidly.</li><li><strong>Systems Thinker</strong>. You think in systems, not just in design patterns but also in processes and tooling. You have proven experience maintaining and growing a design system in close collaboration with engineering teams.</li><li><strong>Code-Savvy</strong>. You're comfortable working directly with engineers to ensure design fidelity. Experience contributing to codebases (e.g., in React, Vue, or Svelte) and using tools like Storybook and GitHub is a significant plus.</li><li><strong>Design Champion</strong>.
