We create impact.</strong> </p><p>Reporting directly to the Chief Architect, you’ll have the following missions:</p><ul><li>Define and manage project plans and timelines</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams all over the world to execute technical projects.</li><li>Discuss schedule and available resources with team leaders to optimise delivery times.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.</li><li>Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.</li><li>Communicate project updates and status to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Manage project changes and scope creep.</li><li>Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.</li><li>Take part of QA stage to provide critical thinking and technical analysis.</li><li>Document new features</li><li>Train support teams</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications we’re looking for. </strong> </p><ul><li>Master’s degree in engineering, ideally Computer Science or related fields with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management ideally in R&amp;D environment</li><li>Experience in project management, strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently.</li><li>Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.</li><li>Knowledge of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3>Informations supplémentaires</h3><p>Languages : Fluently speaking and writing in English and French or German</p>
