Position overview
- Parts Business Operations is a core profitability and customer satisfaction driver for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) and its network of dealers.
- After a Porsche vehicle is sold, we are responsible for keeping the car on the road through the supply of maintenance and repair parts which proactively enables a customer experience befitting the Porsche brand.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) internship that starts in August 2026 and runs through February 2027. The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.
Roles & responsibilities
During this internship, you will support the development and implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives and concepts that drive operational excellence, improve business performance, and help the Parts organization achieve its key objectives. This role will be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. This includes multiple business units within PCNA business, logistics organizations, and teams in Germany.
- Assist Parts Planning Manager to ensure day to day tactical work aligns with overall strategic vision of department
- Assist team business owners in alignment with Parts Planning Manager process to ensure project structure and accountability
- Support and execute multiple projects and initiatives
- Example projects include but may not be limited to
- Collecting data requirements from key business stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting and dashboard solutions
- Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy
- Establish and maintain standardized KPI reporting to support daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews
- Work with multiple data sources to identify and validate single sources of truth for critical business metrics
- Support data governance efforts by ensuring reporting consistency, accuracy, and data quality.
- Support process automation initiatives through reporting and business intelligence tools
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, sourcing decisions, and supply chain performance

Required qualifications include:
Education:
- Minimum Senior in undergraduate studies.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Post graduate preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, and or Data Analytics preferred
- Comfort and experience working with data and database tools like SQL is a plus
- Comfort and experience working with data visualization tools, i.e.: Tableau, Micro Strategy is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic and Continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (Project for the Web preferred) Must be organized, positive, proactive, results-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
