We are seeking a Product & Digital Experience Intern to support the Digital Experience team in improving the usability, performance, and optimization of our digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to UX strategy, digital product development, A/B testing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
The intern will work closely with the Digital Experience Manager to support initiatives that improve the customer journey, enhance site performance, and help translate product ideas into clear specifications for development teams.

About the Role
The Product & Digital Experience Intern will assist with documentation, research, experimentation, and coordination that support the development and optimization of our digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with an interest in how digital products are designed, tested, and improved over time.
The intern will gain experience in UX documentation, experimentation (A/B testing), product discovery, analytics interpretation, and development briefing, while learning how digital teams collaborate across creative, marketing, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
UX Documentation & Development Briefing
Assist in creating Experience Design Specifications (EDS) and other documentation used to brief development teams
Use Figma to annotate designs and provide detailed notes for implementation
Help translate UX concepts and feature ideas into structured documentation
Maintain organized documentation of product improvements and requirements
A/B Testing & Optimization
Assist with the setup and coordination of A/B testing experiments
Help monitor test performance and analyze experiment results
Contribute to A/B testing reports, identifying patterns and insights
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and engagement
Research & Discovery
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that may improve digital products
Support discovery efforts for new features and customer experience improvements
Product & Development Support
Track and document feature requests and product improvements
Assist with small implementation follow-ups or development tweaks
Support QA review processes to ensure features are implemented according to specifications
Collaboration & Communication
Document and summarize intake meetings and project discussions
Help coordinate communication between UX, development, marketing, and creative teams
Maintain organized records of projects, tasks, and documentation

Junior/Senior level or recent college graduates required
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as:
User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction, or Interaction Design
Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics
Computer Science, Web Development, or Software Engineering
Digital Product Design, Digital Media, or related fields

Technical Skills (Preferred)
Experience using Figma
Understanding of A/B testing concepts and experimentation
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or similar platforms
Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, or web platforms)
Analytical & Organizational Skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to analyze numbers, identify patterns, and interpret results
