Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Sr Project Manager at West Shore Home, you will utilize established project management principles to execute our highest priority initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment, on-time and on-budget, by organizing, developing, and holding stakeholders accountable to approved project plans.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Implement a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational goals in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the proven ability to work both on a team, as member and/or leader, and independently to deliver results.
• Critically analyze business situations, develop solutions, and produce required artifacts.
• Drive the attainment of project metrics and KPIs by leveraging project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), negotiation, facilitation, Lean A3 Thinking & Six Sigma process improvement and change management skills.
• Ensure the strategic alignment between new projects and business requirements, while providing visible reporting on project status, portfolio tracking, financial implications, and overall performance.
Minimum Requirements:
• Ability and willingness to travel 10% per year to West Shore Home facilities around the country.
• Enterprise-wide COTS implementation experience, required.
• 6+ years of progressively more complex project management experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in project/program management, portfolio management methodologies and tools, required, with exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies, preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management certifications (PMP, IAPM, PRINCE2, etc., preferred.
