Vacancy detail

Task requirements   1. Provision of Knowledge, Experience and Skills gained as Regular Gunnery Staff. 
2. Provide SQEP support to 1 DRS BCT or 7 AD Gp formations 
3. Provide SQEP support to RA GTT or 7 AD Gp 
4. Provide SQEP support to all teaching departments of RSA Larkhill at Transition to War 
5. Attend and deliver Bty training to maintain currency as required. There are 4 training weekends per training year. 
6. Provide ad hoc assistance to the wider Army as required on areas such as employer engagement, MS boards and staff support. 
7. Provide support to the rest of 100RA as directed by CO 100RA.   Essential competencies   RA IG/TIG

Sub-Unit Comd Selection Process   DAB(O) Spring 25 No 5 E1 Reserve Board Additional information   221 Bty is the RA Gunnery Staff surge capability at Transition to War and focuses on this specific purpose. Incumbent must be comfortable with being the principle NRHQ RA link into the formation Comd and COS. Supported formation may provide 2RO function by negotiation.
