About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Planning service appointments and customer mobility as required
- Initial personal greeting and support of our customers
- Providing information on services and offers over the telephone
- Independently and proactively organising the reception and handling telephone communication
- Preparing appointments and coordinating with service advisors and parts department
- Cash register management
- Preparing orders and maintaining customer and vehicle records
- Preparation of vehicle documents for vehicle collection
- Handing over vehicles to end customers after workshop visit, including handing over invoices
- Planning, storage, display and sale of Porsche Drivers Selection items
- Carrying out marketing activities (flyers, letters, etc.)
- Successfully completed commercial training as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable training.
- Work experience in the aftersales sector and certification as a service assistant (desirable)
- Excellent manners, very good organisational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Confident use of MS Office
- High degree of reliability, flexibility and an independent, reliable and committed way of working
