Our 10-week Summer Internship Program encourages college students to explore their professional interests while working on real business projects. Our program goal is to bring your academic topics to life, give you an opportunity to see what job opportunities are possible and prepare each student for a potential full-time position after graduation in one of our challenging leadership programs or direct hire roles.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Communications Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal & external corporate communications, public and media relations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, digital media skills and a keen interest in corporate communications.

Requirements – We are looking for YOU if you are:

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media/News Broadcasting, Corporate Communication or related field. (Rising Junior or Senior preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Familiar working with graphic design & video editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite.

Experienced with creating content for various communication channels (blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and other digital content).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

Open to applicants legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.

Desired:

If you have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale after completing full year of college.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Web Design/Graphic Design/Video Creation & Editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

Content Creation/Strong Writing Skills/Copy Editing

Experience working in both Marketing and Communications fields

Telling compelling audio/visual stories
