Manager, Transformation & Strategy

The Transformation and Strategy Manager will play a pivotal part in aligning our strategic goals with actionable insights by leveraging data, reporting, and key business metrics to inform decision-making. The role will play a meaningful impact on the company’s operations by streamlining processes, improving productivity, and driving strategic initiatives. This role is crucial in turning data into clear conclusions and measurable KPIs that align with our short and long-term goals.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Play a critical role in implementing the company’s Transformation Project within the Mobile Division.

• Help to deliver advanced data analytics, actionable insights, and robust KPI tracking that drive business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain critical business metrics, delivering analysis that supports decision-making and contributes to the achievement of company goals.

• Tackle special projects as they arise, demonstrating agility and the ability to pivot as necessary to support evolving priorities.

• Drive process improvements and efficiency through effective change management, ensuring scalability across the organization.

Position Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, business operations, or investment banking.

Preferred:

• CPA

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment. 

More than 50% of the time:

• Sit, stand, and walk.

• Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.

• See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time:

• Stoop, kneel or crawl.

• Climb and balance.

• Carry and lift 10-20 pounds.
