Position:  Clerical Substitutes 2026-2027 (Posting Number 2627-3764)

Location:  District Wide

Start Date:  As needed
 

We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:  

• Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with students, parents, and staff while maintaining professionalism and appropriate judgment.
• Capability to escort students in the building as needed and supervise students when in the main office.
• Demonstrate ethical judgment and discretion with all confidential materials and information.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line telephone systems and routing calls as needed.
• Skill in accurately logging and tracking student attendance (experience with Infinite Campus preferred).
• Competence in greeting visitors and managing the check-in process (experience with Aiphone and Visitor Aware preferred). 
   

Salary:  $16.00/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $23.00/hr)
