Carl's Jr. is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you'll help prepare our signature burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu favorites while delivering outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare burgers, chicken, fries, breakfast items, and other menu offerings according to Carl's Jr. standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed throughout each shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep restaurant operations running smoothly during busy periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• No experience required — training provided
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
