Senior Financial Analyst

Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst, within the Financial Planning and Reporting Group, will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting financial analysis by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.

• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and providing insights to assist in decision-making processes.

• Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast future trends and support budgeting processes.

• Organize and maintain spreadsheets and financial databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure consistency in reporting.

• Support the development of annual budgets and forecasts by providing valuable insights and assisting in the preparation of financial models.

• Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with senior financial analysts and managers on ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

(experience, education, ksa)

• 3 years of experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other financial modeling tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

• Relevant internship or academic projects in finance or related fields is a plus.

• Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred (not required).
