The Warehouse Associate is in charge of loading & unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, stand-up truck,  or sit-down forklift. They are to maintain a clean and safe work environment and identify any discrepancies in  receiving loads against manifest.

Job location is at customer site in Jupiter, Florida.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Jupiter, FL!
Set schedule Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Direct hire. Full benefits package! 15 days of PTO!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers in loading and unloading trucks 

• Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as  applicable), counting products, and other like duties that must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately. 

• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)  

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.  

• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines.  

• Perform other duties as assigned.  

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:  

• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink-wrap material  

• The job location is at the customer site in Jupiter, Florida. 

• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends  

• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well  

• Must have the ability to work well with others  

• High attention to detail required  

• Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision  

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted  

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English 

• Must be able to work in tight spaces and in high-stress environments

EDUCATION:  

• High School or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE: ​

• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift truck experience

• Experience using an RF scan gun is required

• Experience with SAP or other MRP system

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Previous forklift certifications preferred  

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
