The Enterprise Training and Enablement Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development efforts of our enterprise team. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of training methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving employee growth and success.

About your role:  

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives  
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, videos, job aids, and e-learning modules
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to large groups or individuals  
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Coordinate logistics for training events such as scheduling, room set-up, and equipment
• Provide ongoing support to employees by addressing questions or concerns related to training content 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development sales operations 

Requirements and Skills:  

• Proven experience in sales operations, training or a similar role. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Monday a plus or Udemy a plus!  
• Salesforce admin certified with at least 1+ year's experience
• Experience with Zendesk also a plus!
