Calling all fashion lovers! We are looking to bring on an Authentication Associate to help us process and ship top luxury items sold on our marketplace.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, scanning, unboxing, packing and placing of packages, boxes and other freight goods safely and efficiently in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines in addition to using a camera and webcam to record high quality photos and videos for documentation and authentication purposes.

This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience with high-end merchandise from designers like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel and help mold a small and quickly growing team. 6-Month Accomplishments: 

• Understand our operating system and be able to physically process orders from start to finish with minimal errors
• Authenticate 40% core brand coverage
• Independently handle all necessary general order updates to users via Service Cloud 
• Maintain a positive PGAP percentage 
• Meet or exceed your daily quota 
• Meet attendance standards 

12+ Month Accomplishments

• Authenticate 60% core brand coverage 
• Process orders from start to finish with minimal to no errors 
• Mentor and support new associates
• Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations 
• Provide input to improve and streamline processes 
• Maintain a positive PGAP percentage 
• Meet or exceed your daily quota 
• Meet our attendance standards

Responsibilities:

• Process Posh Authenticate orders via Poshmark’s premium in-person authentication service of luxury items
• Unbox, inspect, and package merchandise
• Learn how to authenticate brands through hands-on training and independent research
• Provide high level of customer support via email
• Load and unload packages from warehouse to transportation vehicle
• Carry out work in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Take high quality photos and video of merchandise
• Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Process workload with minimal supervision
• Ensure packages are not damaged throughout the process

Requirements:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Moderate computer data entry experience
• Physical ability to lift heavy or oversized shipments up to 40lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, opening and closing boxes, bending and standing for long periods of time
• Customer service mindset
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to work flexible hours
  
• Must be willing to work onsite at our warehouse (no remote work options available)

**Candidates must be able to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Salary Range$42,000—$56,000 USD
