Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced, challenging environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. Our CSR answers incoming phone calls and booked appointments with honest and professional phone etiquette.
What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming phone calls, responsible for booking appointments
• Manage designers’ appointment calendars
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs
• Provide administrative support for the office, sales, and installation teams 

Who You Are:

• Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
• No degree needed. We are looking for candidates with office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
