Stellar Virtual was founded in 2019 with one school in Texas. We serve parents of K-12 students, unhappy with their current school or need an at-home/flexible learning environment. Today, Stellar Virtual has grown to six schools across three states: Texas, Arizona, and Indiana. Stellar Virtual is committed to going above and beyond for our virtual families.

Position Overview
Stellar Virtual is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage and oversee the operations of our virtual IT warehouse. This role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate tracking, allocation, and documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and related resources. The Coordinator will work closely with the IT Infrastructure team, Procurement, and other departments to maintain an accurate inventory, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our technology operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient shipping, receiving, inspection, and accurate documentation of all incoming IT equipment and supplies.
• Establish and maintain clear processes for the intake and verification of deliveries, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate the setup, configuration, and deployment of new student Chromebooks and employee computers in accordance with established standards.
• Manage the basic refurbishment process for returned computers, ensuring they are prepared for redeployment or proper disposal.
• Provide guidance and support for basic troubleshooting and minor repair tasks related to computer hardware.
• Manage the secure and organized storage of all IT inventory within designated warehouse areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility
