As our Finance Intern, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

• Automating manual activities to improve finance efficiencies by streamlining processes
• Merging all orders and sales forecast files in one single file meeting the needs of all stakeholders
• Creating one single top customer file accessible by all users on the finance SharePoint then make it a PowerQuery.
• Creating an AOC DV query for P&L and one for DM so that users can extract their P&L and Direct Material information in one click during close. These queries will then be shared with the rest of HID BA Finance users.

 

What we will love about your background: 

 

• Demonstrate an appetite for tools (Excel, PowerQuery, OAC DV). The ability to learn and ramp is key
• Structured and organized
• Strong communication skills to collect the various users needs
• Ability to self-check the reliability and accuracy of the deployed tools
• Able to work in a global environment

 

Your Experience and Education include:         

    

•  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
