Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to their needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

ISBH Residential Program is a youth and family-centered residential program located within southeast Ohio. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Identified persons served are youth with behavioral health or co-occurring needs, including intellectual or developmental disabilities. Families, guardians, and community resources are included in all treatment whenever possible. All services are provided in a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused milieu designed to integrate the person served back into the community with their families and/or living independently whenever possible. All services are delivered by an interdisciplinary team and staff that are trained.

The Family Liaison is responsible for creating and implementing the Family Liaison program in collaboration with Residential Program Leadership. This program will provide support and resources to families of clients receiving behavioral health services. This role involves facilitating communication between families and the treatment team, delivering therapeutic services, and conducting family workshops. The Family Liaison will also be responsible for billing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST), Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and other reimbursable services.

The salary range for this position is $69,066 to $87,519 per year based on licensure and experience.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the primary contact for families, addressing concerns, providing updates, and facilitating communication with the treatment team.
• Conduct family assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clinical team
• Provide education and resources to help families understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for supporting their loved ones.
• Deliver CPST and TBS services, including individual and family therapy sessions, skill-building activities, and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement day treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct therapeutic family workshops aimed at improving family dynamics, communication, and coping strategies.
• Facilitate day treatment when needed
• Coordinate care with other service providers, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and their families.
• Accurately document services to ensure compliance with billing requirements for CPST, TBS, and other reimbursable services.
• Submit billing information promptly, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Stay current with billing regulations and guidelines to maximize reimbursement and minimize billing errors.
• Plan and facilitate family workshops on topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, parenting skills, and effective communication.
• Develop educational materials and resources for families to support their ongoing learning and development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in family support and behavioral health services.
