The ServiceNow Strategic Accounts organization is focused on helping our most strategic and industry-leading global customers grow and succeed with ServiceNow. The growth of these customers is critical for ServiceNow’s path to $16B+. As a Strategic Initiatives Associate in the Strategic Accounts organization, you will be responsible for supporting and executing strategic growth initiatives that will focus on our select strategic customers’ growth including long-term planning, in-year GTM planning and execution, and sharing recommendations on our GTM strategy. You will work on complex analyses and perform modeling while collaborating with other cross-functional teams and under the team’s guidance to deliver strategic recommendations to the leadership. Your work will give you ample exposure to the executive Strategic Accounts team as you contribute to our overall strategy and help drive its successful execution. This role is a full-time position; ideal if the candidate is in the SF Bay Area or the Seattle area but flexible on location provided the candidate can work on Pacific Time and is willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses (both quantitative and qualitative), and make recommendations for leadership communicated in high-quality output
- Collect and analyze large data sets and synthesize actionable insights through a data-validated process
- Support and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity, and influence and accelerate the execution of key initiatives and special projects
- Support data analyses and relevant output for regular business review cadences such as quarterly business reviews, annual strategy reviews, and planning process
- Build and maintain operational analytics capability against key priorities to run/improve the business and track performance and impact
- Proactively identify gaps or areas for improvement, while using appropriate tools to streamline processes where necessary
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
2-4 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, tech strategy, strategy and operations function, or similar
Strong analytical skills i.e., validated experience to structure and analyze complex business problems, work with multiple data sources
High energy, excellent
