Position Summary:
The Bakery Team Lead supports daily operations and serves as the person in charge when the manager is not on site. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional product quality, upholding brand standards, and ensuring smooth shift execution. While this position will learn both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, the primary focus will be production, frosting, and back-of-house leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team during shifts in the manager’s absence
  
  
• Oversee production, frosting, and cake finishing to ensure consistent presentation and quality
  
  
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the bakery
  
  
• Coach and support team members to ensure efficiency and teamwork
  
  
• Assist guests when needed and maintain a positive, solution-oriented environment
  
  
• Help train new team members in both front and back-of-house procedures

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in beautiful presentation, and is ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to grow within the bakery. Compensation: $15.00 per hour
