You will join a team for Data &amp; Cloud domain, which focuses on Data &amp; Analytics platform. Your daily “partner” in supporting the team will be the development manager of the team. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Prioritizing the work being done by the team - always ensure that team members know what to work on next.</li><li>Communicating these priorities to customers and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensuring the coordination between team priorities and that of others (e.g. dependencies and strategies).</li><li>Bridge the gap between Business and Tech (communication between Data Analytics and tech-savvy team members or clients etc.).</li><li>Explaining the overall behavior of various platform components to a customer to pinpoint needed changes.</li><li>Conducting the process of describing backlog items (at a feature level) - Business benefit, needed effort to deliver, dependencies and architectural clarifications.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Educational background at the bachelor’s or master’s level.</li><li>Around 3-10 years of experience either in the Data management area or from a position working in a PO-like role in a professional IT organization or in the financial sector.</li><li>Master English at a high level both in writing and orally.</li><li>Interest in the customers’ needs and the well-being of the team.</li><li>Sufficient technical skills and knowledge in the data area to maintain the necessary street credibility when they interact with other “data natives” in various area.</li><li>Strong motivator of others – always explains the WHY.</li><li>Ambitious - with your product, your team, and yourself.</li><li>Team player - willing to share from your own wealth of knowledge and always look for the same from others.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Hybrid, Warsaw</li><li>Type of contract: B2B contract or Contract of Employment</li><li>Long term cooperation</li></ul><p><strong>We offer</strong></p><ul><li>Access to local and international projects - Clients from France, Germany, Portugal, UK and Benelux.</li><li>Professional development support - trainings, technical certificates, conference participation, foreign language classes and soft skills trainings are subsidized up to 2 000 PLN.</li><li>Flexibility - You choose form of cooperation: employment or business-to-business contract.</li><li>Bonus for recommending Candidates up to 6 000 PLN.</li><li>Fully paid Medicover healthcare card.</li><li>Multisport card.</li><li>Regular integration events and gifts.</li><li>Mobility Program.</li><li>Long-term cooperation.</li></ul><p><em>If You applied for this position the Controller of your personal will be  ALTER SOLUTIONS POLSKA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul.
