Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Intern to support our rapidly growing operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management within an advanced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Production, Engineering, and Program Management—to ensure materials and components flow efficiently through our supply chain.
The Role
- Assist in procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, managing supplier communications, and tracking deliveries.
- Support supply chain planning and scheduling to align material availability with production timelines.
- Help monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipping, freight tracking, and documentation.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and scalability.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis; experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain systems.
- Interest in advanced manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
Pay Range$38—$42 USD
