Job Description
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Global House of Rohl (HofR) commercial finance team. This role will partner directly with Global Category Management (Plumbing & Hardware) and North America (NA) Channel Marketing leadership, as well as collaborate and coordinate across Commercial Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive Global House of Rohl long term profitable growth through brand, and product, awareness and conversion. The Manager owns Brand / Product Category / Product P&Ls as well as new product financial modeling and supports marketing activities including planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic insight. The role reports directly to the VP, Global House of Rohl Finance.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing
- Partner with the Global HofR Category Management and Channel Marketing leadership, as well as collaborate with Commercial COEs Finance to drive value creation, provide financial guidance and insights, and analyze impacts.
- Develop financial modeling for new products development and launch under the Global HofR umbrella.
- Develop and deliver Brand / Product Category / Product reporting to support the Global HofR performance against forecast, plan, and prior year (includes mix, standard COGS, ASM)
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Pricing Administration team to ensure successful pricing execution for the new product and annual price increases, as well as price realization.
- Work with Global Product Development (GPD) and Brand COEs to ensure accurate focus and investments forecast inclusive of Project, Advertising, Selling, and Marketing (ASM) expenses, and communicate business drivers to P&L owners.
- Provide timely and accurate input to Global HofR annual financial plan and monthly forecasting process in an efficient and sustainable manner, working directly with the Planning & Reporting COE (FP&A).
- Appropriately communicate risks and opportunities vs forecast to leadership.
- Support the 3-year product and strategic planning process, including integration into the annual operating plan and alignment across product and channel sales
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support, as necessary
- Manage Senior Financial Analyst supporting Category Management modeling and Channel Marketing.

- Effectively communicate detailed analysis into relevant, clear, and concise information that will lead to actionable initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, etc.) is required
- 7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in branded manufactured goods or fast-moving consumer goods industry
