<h2>THE ROLE AND THE TEAM</h2><p>As a Controller (all genders) within the Logistics Controlling team, you are responsible for the central planning and controlling of Zalando Logistics. Increase transparency through continuously improving our tooling, dashboards and reporting landscape for financial closing and monitoring SLA results </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are actively taking part in business case preparations, assumption validation, target setting and budgeting process with 3PL provider </span></p></li><li><p><span>You work autonomously with our data to create new metrics and reports and maintain existing ones in close cooperation with our Business Intelligence &amp; Central Finance teams </span></p></li><li><p><span>You lead planning, forecasts and reporting processes for local warehouses and drive the context beyond the numbers </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are a go-to person for other Controlling Teams, for our Business Intelligence, Central Finance, Operational Logistics teams and Senior Management, providing transparency and decision support</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2>WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</h2><ul><li><p><span>You have a university degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines and relevant experience in Controlling with a strong analytical/financial focus (Financial modelling, Analytical tooling, Planning &amp; Reporting, Dashboards, etc.)</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have more than 2 years experience in Controlling, Logistics and/ or similar fields of expertise </span></p></li><li><p><span>Have a very good understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools &amp; technologies (excellent knowledge in Office skills, Power Office tools &amp; SAP ; Google Data Studio, Microstrategy etc. would be a big plus) </span></p></li><li><p><span>You have a controlling mindset with an ability to challenge &amp; support our stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis to enable our growth strategy, understanding key trade-offs and actively supporting business decisions. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are thrilled to crack challenges and ensure successful adoption of solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>You find it easy to stay on top of things, even in a very dynamic environment with fast-paced changes </span></p></li><li><p><span>You are fluent in English (Polish is a plus but not a requirement) and you have the capability to not only communicate clearly but also write structurally and understandably in both languages as a must have</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2>OUR OFFER</h2><p><span>Zalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
