Senior Interaction Designer, Differentiated Pixel Experiences UX

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  
• Experience with 0-to-1 mobile design work.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  
• Experience shepherding products from concept to launch on mobile devices, and incorporating user research findings into product design.
• Understanding of user-centered and interaction design principles with best practices.
• Comfortable switching between low-level, specific product details and high-level ecosystem needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
