Position Overview
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for short shifts to provide resident-centered care and support our nursing team. This position is 5 hours per shift, 3--5 shifts per week, with schedules assigned based on the needs of Linden Court. Please note, this position does not include benefits.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, mobility, and more

• Work closely with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure excellent outcomes

• Foster dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident

• Maintain a positive, respectful team environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)

• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist

• Remain on your feet and active for extended periods

• See and hear well enough to perform vital care tasks

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification

• High personal integrity and professionalism
