Come grow with us! The Care Team is seeking a Full-Time Registered Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated team serving patients in the Saginaw, Bay City, and Auburn, MI areas.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
As a Hospice RN with The Care Team, you will:
-
Provide compassionate, ongoing care for elderly and terminally ill patients
-
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
-
Deliver end-of-life support to patients and their families
-
Collaborate and communicate with other Care Team members in a team-focused environment
Qualifications
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy and core values.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety and emergency management.
- Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Regulatory Requirements
- Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
- Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
