Come grow with us! The Care Team is seeking a Full-Time Registered Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated team serving patients in the Saginaw, Bay City, and Auburn, MI areas.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Hospice RN with The Care Team, you will:

  • Provide compassionate, ongoing care for elderly and terminally ill patients

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

  • Deliver end-of-life support to patients and their families

  • Collaborate and communicate with other Care Team members in a team-focused environment

 

Qualifications

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy and core values.
  • Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety and emergency management.
  • Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.

Regulatory Requirements

  • Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
  • Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
  • Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Valid state drivers license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR card;
  • TB testing per agency policy;
