THE ROLE:
Job Purpose:
The Temporary Program Services Coordinator coordinates multi-faceted services for Regional Center consumers, ensuring they receive quality care that meets their needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes and create individualized service plans for new consumers.
- Manage authorizations, schedule services, and respond to consumer inquiries.
- Conduct quality assurance visits and update service plans as needed.
- Support and train direct support providers to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with Regional Center requirements, Title 17, and company policies.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the Culver City office 1x per week.
This is a temporary 6 month contract.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience.
- Fluency in Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills:
- Effective communication and ability to build rapport with consumers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
- Time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
