Alternative Delivery Pursuit Manager

S&amp;B USA is committed to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, with a portfolio featuring mega projects like the Fargo-Moorhead Stormwater Diversion Channel in North Dakota and the PennDOT Major Bridge P3 Program across Pennsylvania.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.</li> <li>Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents.</li> <li>Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.</li> <li>Oversee project risks and opportunities.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.</li> <li>Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).</li> <li>Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.</li> <li>Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.</li> <li>Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6).</li> <li>Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed for projects.</li> <li>Strong relationship-building and networking skills.</li> <li>Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Other Conditions</span>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This permanent staff role location to be determined.</li> <li>Competitive Compensation (commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills).</li> </ul> &
