Your Tasks:
People management for one Scrum team
Provide technical leadership and mentor developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Conduct code reviews and support best practices in software engineering
Foster strong team collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and maintain an inclusive team cultur
Identify and resolve technical roadblocks that impact delivery
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing project updates and clarifying requirements
Drive continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and refining team workflows
Support performance management by giving constructive feedback and enabling professional development
Apply and promote agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) to ensure effective team organization and delivery
Actively participate in team ceremonies to stay connected to team needs and progress
You bring in:
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science OR corresponding professional experience, ideally paired with medical knowledge
Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a software development team
Experience with Agile (Scrum) development and application of Scrum methodology in international and multi-site frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and TypeScript
Experience with software development tools and frameworks (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
