Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

3 of the most recent 5 years serving in a leadership role working directly with patient or insurance billing, credits/refunds, posting, underpayments and/or follow up

 

Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs

 

Proven leadership skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business or related is preferred

Responsibilities

Manages the overall operations of Patient Accounting functions as assigned (e.g., ASC facilities, vendors, contract management, payer underpayments, insurance billing, patient billing, payer credits/refunds, patient credits /refunds, posting, etc.) in order to provide business operations support which meet IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
