What You’ll Do:

As a Clinical Director you will guide and enhance the operations of our medical cannabis dispensaries. This role will play a pivotal role in providing superior medical cannabis services, ensuring compliance and training with state regulations, and significantly contributing to the growth of our medical customer base through patient and physician outreach.

  • Deliver superior leadership to dispensary staff, encompassing associates and customer service teams, to guarantee an exceptional level of service and patient care.
  • Lead patient consultations to furnish comprehensive education about medical cannabis products, their applications, and potential benefits customized to individual patient needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach programs targeting physicians and patients to promote our services and grow our medical customer base. This includes creating educational materials, conducting seminars, workshops, and one-on-one interactions to expand the understanding and benefits of medical cannabis.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to refer patients to our dispensaries. Work to forge strong professional relationships and partnerships within the medical community.
  • Oversee and ensure strict adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, maintaining the highest level of data privacy and security in all dispensary operations.
  • Travel regularly between dispensary locations in Maryland and Ohio to uphold consistent training, operations, and compliance standards across all sites.
  • Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in the medical cannabis industry to continue enhancing our patient services and product offerings.
  • Create and maintain effective procedures and KPIs.
  • Analyze and interpret KPI data to effectively evaluate effectiveness and pivot accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the development of [Medical] national initiatives for implementation.
  • Work in partnership with national operations team and store teams to continuously optimize retail operation from a patient-centric and back of house efficiency perspective to achieve and maintain operational excellence and enhance profitability.
