--Your Role:--
As a Field Service Technician I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) at customer locations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting performance testing and quality assurance for a variety of air sampling instruments.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting computerized emissions monitoring systems, gas chromatographs, mercury sorbent trap sampling systems, and more.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data reporting.
- Collaborating with teammates and customers to ensure the seamless delivery of equipment and supplies.
--Key Responsibilities:--
- Perform maintenance, testing, and repairs on CEMS and other air sampling instruments.
- Use your technical skills to troubleshoot signal and control loops, as well as understand and troubleshoot wiring diagrams and communication protocols.
- Work with Microsoft Office applications and have basic PLC knowledge.
- Travel to various locations, including overnight stays, to service equipment.
--Requirements:--
- College or technical degree preferred.
- 3-6 months of apprenticeship or previous technical experience.
- Proficiency with Digital Multi-Meters (DMM) and experience in electronics or industrial controls.
- Ability to pass written and hands-on technical tests.
- Zero tolerance for drug use; candidates must pass a drug test.
- Ability and willingness to climb to elevated heights on stack platforms up to 300 feet.

- Consistent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights on stack platforms up to 300 feet.
- Working outdoors in various industrial environments.
