JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years' experience performing preventative maintenance on construction equipment
- Ability to perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on full line of construction equipment
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities for both minor and major repairs
- Experience with Develon, Liebherr products, or others
- Ability to build and maintain customer, vendor and factory relationships
- Ability to perform repairs within established labor time guides
- Achieve over 90% efficiency rating while maintaining quality of workmanship
- Ability to create detailed parts and labor repair scopes for quoting
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics, technical blueprints, service and parts diagrams
- General knowledge of all basic hand and air tools
- Must be a self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and stay on task with minimal supervision, ability to communicate well with the Service and Parts Teams.
- Must be willing to work overtime if needed and be on a rotating on call list
- Ability to perform accurate and complete DOT inspections on service trucks
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively- independently or in a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills- written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent customer, vendor and factory relationships.
- Perform assigned tasks in specified timelines while maintaining quality workmanship.
