Job Description

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies and hallways
• Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required
• Serve as a porter, ensuring the cleanliness of the building

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 (Hourly)
