Title:
Improved Model Manager Capability for DIA/MSIC- Become technically fluent in LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0 development
- Attend weekly in-person LIVE meetings with LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0 development team
- Generate minutes of the meeting
- Document action items/gaps
- Keep MSIC and Dynetics development team on track to address action items
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings between LIVE development team and Warner Robins
- Maintain and update LIVE/WEEW architecture road map
- Assist in maintaining LIVE/ITEAMS road maps to include unfunded requirements
- Participate in in-person LIVE User’s meetings
- Participate in the virtual LIVE/Chimera Leadership meetings
- Coordinate w/ MSIC analysts on LIVE/STIMS 3 developments
- Attend and participate in any LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0 development meeting with MSIC analysts
- Document any issues and provide feedback to LIVE Gov leadership team
- Maintain oversight on independent verification and validation (IV&V) efforts with LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0
- Provide oversight on Radar Emissions Validation Matrix (REVM) developments
- Attend ITEAMS meetings with a focus on STIMS 3.0 development
- Provide oversight of STIMS 3.0 development
- Attend annual in-person RF CCB meetings
- Attend quarterly in-person LIVE IPRs
- Provide technical review of LIVE/WEEW documentation
- Conduct oversight of LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0 contracts
- Ensure spend rates are on target
- Ensure deliverables are satisfied and on schedule
- Assist in data transfers from MSIC to development and IV&V team
- Review statement of works (SOWs) for any new LIVE/WEEW/STIMS 3.0 efforts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years' relevant work related experience
- Excellent ability to research, analyze, document, and convey technical information
- Excellent verbal, writing, and briefing skills with the ability to communicate both technical and operational information to wide-ranging audiences
- Familiarity with threat modeling and electronic warfare
Desired Qualifications:
- Military, Technical or Intelligence background (i.e., education credentials and/or work experience)
- Self-starter capable of working in a fast paced high-pressure team environment
- High degree of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Highly developed research and analytical skills
- Experience with threat representation capability resource requirements
- Familiarity with operational/developmental testing and threat exploitation agencies
- Understanding of Defense Acquisition and the linkage between DOT&E activities and the acquisition process
