Defines goals and objectives, establishes priorities, and provides oversight to ensure BDM</span><span>DS</span><span><span> </span>meets its service level objectives while assuring optimal and efficient operations</span><span>. <span> </span></span><span>Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies,<span> </span></span><span>procedures,</span><span><span> </span>and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations,<span> </span></span><span>policies</span><span><span> </span>and procedures</span><span>. <span> </span></span><span>Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function</span><span>. <span> </span></span><span>Ability to read and write and converse in English</span><span>. <span> </span></span><span>Willing and able to uphold BD Values.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Duties/</span><span>Responsibilities:</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ownership and execution of the plant monthly S&amp;OP process under the guidance of the Global S&amp;OP team for capacity management purpose.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Issuing the Master Production Schedule</span><span>s<span> </span></span><span>and monitoring performance to schedule.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Running the Material Requirement Planning and supplying all raw materials and components required for production.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Procurement of materials, products and services for production, engineering, process development and other site activities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages the Inventory and space required for the storage and transfer of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods within the plant as well as suppliers, subcontractors, and distribution centers.  Works with the Finance function to insure the proper management of Excess, Obsolete and other inventory as deemed appropriate by business needs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee the sterilization department in<span> </span></span><span>capacity planning,<span> </span></span><span>scheduling, processing, material handling and shipping of product.  Meeting Service Level targets and reporting of performance metrics taking all necessary actions to solve issues.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Actively develop the collaboration with the Supply Chain network</span><span><span> </span></span><span>to create a seamless information flow.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Deploy and maintain Supply Chain Processes and Systems</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></p
