Our global team of experts — many with PhD and PharmD degrees — work strategically alongside our client partners in Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, and Commercial teams across a wide range of therapy areas.

- Enjoy being accountable for supporting scientists and directors on projects such as dossiers, value decks, and literature reviews that evaluate and highlight the value of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in the United States and globally
- Can work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams to develop client-ready materials under the guidance of senior OPEN Health colleagues
- Have a strong scientific/medical background and are passionate about research analysis and medical communications
As part of the OPEN Health Evidence & Access team your responsibilities will include:
- Researching medical topics using relevant information sources
- Drafting scientifically accurate, fully referenced project deliverables including publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts), dossiers (AMCP, core/global value), value decks, reports, etc. appropriate to the target audience and under the guidance of senior team members
- Participating in literature reviews supporting the value of new pharmaceutical products and medical devices
- Synthesizing complex data clearly and concisely from multiple sources using both text and visuals
- Supporting the development of visually appealing slide decks
- Helping with publication tracking software and submission tasks
- Creating and managing reference/citation databases using various software packages
- Understanding expectations in terms of budgeted hours and deadlines, and communicating with the team regarding these as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Strong scientific understanding of strategic market access (PharmD, or PhD preferred, or degree in health policy, public health, health services research, health administration, health economics, or related sciences)
- Experience (≥1 year) in healthcare research and market access or related field
- Excellent writing skills and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality written materials
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible approach and ability to manage competing or shifting priorities
- Enthusiasm, team-player attitude, self-motivation, and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with PubMed searches and MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), including figure and table development; EndNote experience is a plus!
