Job DescriptionThe Returns Room Specialist is responsible for all orders that enter the Returns Room. The Returns Room Technician will need to have a good understanding of Coreflex, Salesforce, inventory locations and maintain a focus on inventory accuracy. This technician will be responsible for all medications that enter and exit the Returns Room. The Returns Room technician will have to work closely with the ATP and Filling technicians to ensure accurate medications and inventory are sent back to the floor. The Returns Room technician will also work closely with the Pharmacists to ensure all recovered medications are accurate. The returns room technician also handles the recording of all medications lost.
Responsibilities
Processing of all orders that enter the Returns Room
Ensuring all orders in the Returns Room are the correct order status in Salesforce.
Ensuring medications are correctly returned to the production floor.
Recording of all inventory losses
Working with the ATP team to ensure Tray Only orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required.
Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred.
Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy, preferred.
Ability to work a full-time position, Monday through Friday 9am until 5:30pm CST.
