There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done</b> </p><ul><li>Act as the primary quality representative for external customers, continuously improving customer satisfaction regarding Wolfspeed’s products, processes, and services.</li><li>Manage and drive the timely resolution of customer quality issues by collaborating with Business CQEs, business teams, failure analysis teams, factories, and other support functions.</li><li>Serve as the main interface for customers on technical evaluations of product returns; gather and assess customer failure descriptions while ensuring thoroughness in collaboration with local EMEA Field Application Engineers (FAEs).</li><li>Align with Sales and Business teams to establish strategic directions that support customer quality requirements and objectives.</li><li>Promote the Company’s quality strategy, culture, and initiatives as critical business enablers through proactive customer engagement with our customers.</li><li>Translate broad objectives into detailed action plans to achieve quality and business goals</li><li>This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.</li></ul><p><b>Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack?</b> </p><ul><li>BS in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree</li><li>Minimum 5 years or relevant experience; 10 years preferred.</li><li>Strong background in quality systems, semiconductor wafer fabrication, and assembly and test operations.</li><li>In-depth understanding of the global automotive industry and related quality requirements and expectations.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills; able to engage effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing detailed execution and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership within complex, global organizations.</li><li>Experience in Power Electronics and/or Silicon Carbide is a plus</li><li>This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. </li></ul><p></p><p>We understand that there might be a few requirements that you don’t meet.
