At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth City, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in our Outpatient clinic you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The LCAS also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.

This position follows a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: Starting at $49,000 and up, based on experience

What We’re Looking For

  • LCAS (A) licensure is required
  • Experience in Substance Use services preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and auto insurance.
