Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s marketing transformation, focusing primarily on email campaigns with the potential to expand into social media marketing. • Spearhead email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, creating captivating content for tri-weekly client communications

• Assist in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy to expand our digital presence
  
• Generate and analyze marketing performance reports to drive data-informed decision making
  
• Manage client inquiries with professionalism, enhancing our reputation for excellent customer service
  
• Collaborate with the technical team to translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven marketing messages
  
• Support various administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of all campaigns
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong command of MailChimp and other marketing automation tools
  
• Creative flair for crafting engaging ad copy and marketing content that resonates with a B2B audience
  
• Solid understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness
  
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation best practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, with experience in Tradify and Xero considered a plus
  
• Passion for technology and ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical product features
