Job Overview
The Littleton Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! Reporting to the TPA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division by providing top-notch service to our valued customers. You will handle policy holder and claimant calls through our telephony system, manage emails, and assist with various other administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you need to possess superb communication skills, both verbal and written, and display an exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You must have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as other computer programs. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate high level attention to detail and problem-solving skills and be capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision. This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of San Antonio, TX; you must reside in the San Antonio, TX area to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Efficiently handle customer calls and emails
- Communicate effectively over the phone while demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and managers to address customer needs ensuring timely communication
- Document claims files with notes and action items
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer interactions ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow established procedures for authorized communication, cycle times, and target expectations

Experience and Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
Preferred
- College degree
- Bilingual Skills (Spanish)
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Previous experience in a call center environment
