What will your typical day look like?

As a SAP EC Payroll professional, your day to day you might be:

• Consulting with the client, designing and building Payroll solutions.
• Lead or participate in workshops with business owners to gather requirements or validate solution.
• Managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines.
• Project documentation including requirements, configuration and user guides.
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the system.

You will have the following:

• A minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation.
• Configuration knowledge in SAP EC Payroll. Technical knowledge (ABAP), Leave and/or Payroll-Finance Integration configuration would be an advantage.
• Project experience in implementation is imperative with proven experience in employee lifecycle implementation.
• Data migration experience would also be beneficial.
• Interacting and engaging effectively through workshops and meetings with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class HR Transformation solution.
• Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained.
• Strong level of experience in gathering, assessing and developing the requirements from business owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
